Partner at Gleiss Lutz
Katrin Braas is an Associated Partner of the firm Gleiss Lutz and advises clients on both individual and collective employment law. She specializes in employment law support for compliance projects, internal investigations and negotiations with works councils. She also advises companies on complex reorganizations and corporate transactions.

Dr. Richard Schönwerth
Head of Labor Law at Allianz SE
Dr. Richard Schönwerth is Head of Employment Law at Allianz SE, the holding company of the Allianz Group. His and his team’s main areas of practice include advising the (European) labor and employment law department. SE Works Council advising management on national and international issues of individual and collective employment law. This also regularly includes compliance issues relating to employment law.
