Compliance risk assessment

As part of our activities, the AK-CRA deals in particular with the following issues:

  • What are the (legal) requirements for a compliance risk assessment?
  • What range of topics should the risk assessment cover (narrow focus, e.g. on corruption, or broad-based)?
  • What can we learn from the experience already gained by member companies?
  • Which methods and instruments can be used to ensure efficient organization?
  • What steps are necessary to derive specific compliance measures from the results of the risk assessment?
  • How can concrete implementation aids be provided that are appropriate to the respective environment (large corporation vs. medium-sized company, sector, etc.)?
