With the topic of compliance training, we are a cross-disciplinary and cross-topic working group and are open to cooperation with other working groups.

The working group focuses on the following areas:

  • Compliance training:
  • Passing on experience: What has proven successful?
  • Analysis of current legislative changes and creation of standards
  • Best practices for compliance training
    We draw on the extensive experience of our working group members, who come from companies of different industries and sizes. ?
  • Creation of target group-oriented concepts with classroom training, e-learning and innovative approaches
  • Measuring and monitoring learning outcomes is important to ensure the effectiveness of training and enable continuous improvement
  • Use of AI in compliance training:
    Use of artificial intelligence to create training content and effectively use a knowledge database through generative AI.

    How the work of a compliance officer will change through the use of artificial intelligence, especially in the areas of data analysis, risk management and automation of compliance processes.

Katleen Linke

Founding Compliance Learning Expert in the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC).artner of FS-PP Berlin

Katleen Linke has been with SAP SE since 2001. She worked in development, was responsible for various internal projects and established a learning organization in development. She has been working as a Compliance Learning Expert in the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) since 2015.

Key activities focus on promoting internal projects and learning activities such as the development of learning environments based on the blended learning principle in line with compliance business requirements.

This includes creating formats for Compliance Live and e-learning for all company employees, partners and suppliers. She always focuses on the rapidly changing technologies and their requirements, such as accessibility requirements.

Gabriele Tako

In-house lawyerLaw & Integrity, Group Compliance of Deutsche Telekom

Gabriele Tako has been working as an in-house lawyer in the Law & Integrity, Group Compliance department of Deutsche Telekom AG since 2012.

Ms. Tako’s main areas of activity are the conception and implementation of compliance classroom training for management and employees, as well as support in the development of new e-learning courses and other innovative training formats. At the same time, Ms. Tako is responsible for the Group-wide compliance consulting portal (“Askme”) and advises the Executive Board, management and employees on all compliance issues.
