We would like to thank everyone who actively helped to shape DICO&#8217;s &#8220;Fit for Future&#8221; strategy by taking part in the survey. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">\n<p>The survey showed that the existing core elements of DICO, such as the professional expertise and the exchange within our network, are the main added value for our members. They would like DICO to continuously develop these strengths &#8211; for example through new formats or focal points in terms of content. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the key results of the survey, the following <a href=\"https:\/\/dicoev.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/r\/mediathek\/Mitgliederbefragung\/Mitgliederinfo_StrategieApril2025.pdf?csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=o4RbMz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link<\/a> will also take you to a diagram of the DICO tree, which shows the branches on which ten strategic initiatives are based and how we will drive DICO&#8217;s future growth.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">We owe DICO&#8217;s success to the active cooperation of our members and the interdisciplinary approach of our committees and working groups.
