ESG-Corporate Sustainability
All companies, whether multinationals or SMEs, are faced with the challenge of how to deal with the issues ofcorporate sustainability, corporate social responsibility and ESG (environment , social and governance).
The Corporate Sustainability working group deals with the interfaces between compliance and sustainability, ESG and corporate sustainability at various levels from an organizational, procedural and overarching content perspective. Among other things, it deals with questions of how companies define the interface between compliance and corporate sustainability and how compliance can position itself in this context. In this context, questions of competence are analyzed as to where such tasks can be assigned in companies and which tasks the compliance function can cover. Of overall importance is how these topics can be integrated into the CMS and ICS of companies in general and in particular.
