In the year of admission, the membership fee is calculated on a quarterly basis.

The membership fees are used exclusively to achieve the objectives of DICO in accordance with the Articles of Association (PDF).

The inclusion of consultants and consulting companies is welcomed, provided they have expertise in compliance consulting and promote the work of DICO through their active cooperation. We see this as an added value for the realization of our goals. We ensure that consultants do not use DICO as an acquisition platform, i.e. we want to protect our members from unwanted advertising. When applying for membership, consultants must present their expertise in person if this is not already known to DICO. The same applies to consulting companies. The application must be supported by an active member of the organization (“sponsor”). We have formulated the corresponding expectations of consultants and consulting companies in our Code of Conduct for Consultants. You can find the code here (PDF).

For the work in the DICO working groups, forums and project groups, both the Antitrust Law Declaration and the Chatham House Rules apply, as well as for the DICO FORUM Compliance, DICO Talks and other DICO member events.
